Terms
Platform terms
Important distinctions between project planning, field verification, proposals, agreements, and construction.
Legal review required
Planning is not a construction agreement
Intake answers, property information, imagery, preliminary selections, ranges, and interactive proposal configurations are planning information. They do not authorize work, guarantee availability, reserve a schedule, or create a binding price.
Verification and concealed conditions
Measurements, structural conditions, compatibility, supplier information, permit requirements, and design-dependent items require verification. Components that cannot be evaluated before exposure remain conditional and require documented approval before additional work proceeds.
Contracts and payments
Construction begins only under a final verified, signed agreement and its stated payment and cancellation terms. A preferred design lock sends selections for review; it does not start work or charge a deposit.
