Information the platform is designed to handle

Contact and consent details; entered and standardized addresses; property facts with source and confidence; project answers; appointments; measurements; photos and documents; selections; contracts; invoices and payment references; production updates; warranties; and access/audit records.

Purpose and access

Information should be used to prepare, estimate, contract, perform, document, and support the customer's project. Customers should see only their project. Staff and partners should receive only the access required for their role and assignment.

Storage, providers, and customer requests

Provider-specific disclosures, retention periods, export and deletion procedures, legal holds, backup practices, and a verified privacy contact must be added from approved business configuration before launch.
